Jacob P. Mauldin

Associate Attorney

Mr. Mauldin is a resident attorney in the Firm’s Birmingham, Alabama office.  He practices in all areas of the firm’s default matters, with focus on bankruptcy, foreclosure, litigation and real estate closings.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mauldin accumulated a vast array of legal experience in both litigation and transactional disciplines.  In addition to his title review and curative background, he has been heavily involved in corporate litigation and contract disputes as well as criminal and family law matters.
