Patty Whitehead

Senior Litigation Associate

Ms. Whitehead is a Senior Litigation Associate in the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on real estate litigation, foreclosure defense, and title curative work in the federal/state courts of Tennessee and Georgia and has also appeared in the Tennessee Court of Appeals. Currently, Ms. Whitehead holds a seat on the Tennessee Bar Association Creditor’s Practice Section Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Rubin Lublin, Ms. Whitehead worked in a boutique creditors’ rights and landlord/tenant firm in Nashville, Tennessee.  In addition to her law practice, Ms. Whitehead assists in elections as a Fulton County Deputy Registrar and holds a 200-Hour  Yoga Teacher Certificate.
